Apply directly, through a dealer or via a broker. You'll need your driver licence and be ready to share some financial details as part of the process.

Assess icon
Assess

We'll verify your identity online and check you can afford the loan. Assuming everything is in order, we’ll have a decision to you within 24 hours.

Drive away icon
Drive away

If approved and the loan documentation completed, we'll let you, your dealer or your broker know the loan has been approved. They'll get in touch when your car is ready to drive away.

  • How can I get financial support?

    If your circumstances have changed recently and you’re unable to manage your loan repayments, we may be able to offer you financial support. We have a number of options available, based on your individual needs.

  • How do I check the balance on my loan?

    Please complete the contact form below and select ‘Request a loan statement’ and we’ll send you your latest statement within 24 hours.

    If you’d like a settlement quote to pay off your loan, please complete the contact form below and select ‘Request a payout’ and include in the message the date you’re expecting to repay us, the reason for your request and what the source of your funds are. We’ll send you a settlement figure within 24 hours. Please note that the settlement figure is only valid for 7 days.

  • What happens if I can’t make my next payment?

    If you’re struggling to meet your loan repayments or think you may miss a payment, get in touch with us at least 5 days before your payment is due so that we can work out a plan that works for you and meets your loan obligations. Give us a call on 1300 549 166 or complete the contact form below and we’ll get in touch with you within 48 hours.

    Remember, if you default on your loan payments, you’ll incur default interest and fees. It may also affect your credit rating.

  • Can I sell my vehicle while it's still under finance?

    You can sell your vehicle before you’ve repaid your loan, but please talk to us first as your car is held by us as security for the term of your loan or lease. If the sale price doesn’t cover your outstanding loan balance with us, you’ll have to pay the difference at the same time. Once you’ve repaid us in full (in cleared funds) we’ll organise the release of the security interest and send you a closure letter.

  • What age do I need to be to be to get a loan?

    If you’re 18 years of age or older you can apply for a loan.

Supporting documents

When assessing your financial support application we may need some of the following supporting documentation.

Injury or illness
  • Medical certificate supporting your injury or illness, your time off work and the anticipated date of return to work.
  • Letter from employer confirming leave.
Unemployment
  • Documentation confirming termination of your employment such as a separation certificate, or details including your redundancy or termination payments and, in the case of a home loan, evidence of the income of your co-borrower or guarantor.
  • Documentation confirming your registration as unemployed with Services Australia.
  • Allowance Statement, and copies of your statements.
Death in the family or co-borrower
  • A copy of the Death Certificate.
  • Where relevant, a letter from your solicitor or executor advising on the status of the administration of the estate.
Income reduction
  • A copy of your latest bank account statements for all other debts as well as details of any current repayment arrangements you may have with other credit providers.
  • A copy of your last two payslips.
  • A letter from your employer confirming the reduction in hours or income.
  • A letter from your accountant confirming the business downturn (if self-employed).
Relationship separation
  • A copy of separation documentation from Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
  • Where possible, documentation of any Family Court Orders granted or a letter from your solicitor outlining the situation.
